Me and my spouse have safely and satisfactorily retuned from our tour. A little sad that it came to an end very soon, but extremely delighted that we had the opportunity to live our dream. All the arrangements done right from planning to Visa guidance, itinerary set and instructions provided were spot on and discussed well in advance so that we could access most of our trip features. I could sense high priority given to our tour and us from the alert and swift attendance by Mr. Nasarudden, Mr.Praful, Mr. Samsher, Ms. Bhawana. Severene Ma'am had been monitoring and giving her best along with her team and made sure everything fell well in place. Therefore i extended my heartiest thanks and will always be grateful for conducting this tour for us. We too have gained so much of experience travelling by various means and managing with time. On a scale of 10 I will definitely recommend a 9.5 in all aspects.
The only sad part of the tour was that we could not get to Mt. Titlis, due to bad weather and shutdown for which i have provided the proof to claim a refund. although we made good use of the day by heading to Mt. Pilatus.. I wish the team and RITCO all the very best in achieving their goals and to continue providing their best in the days to come. We shall soon get back to you to plan for another adventure.
