How do I know my reservation was booked?

You will receive an SMS and email on confirmation of your booking with Ritco Travels.

Do I need to confirm my flight reservation?

There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you need any information, you can call our
Branch office and speak to our ticketing executive. They will be happy to help you.

Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?

It is not necessary to reconfirm reservations for domestic flights. For international Flights, you can
call our Branch office and speak to our ticketing executive.

How do I confirm my seat assignments?

This facility is available only for frequent fliers and business class passengers, otherwise you can
request for seats at the check-in counter. One can also do Web Check -In through Airlines website
24 hours prior to departure or simply drop a mail for the same to our ticketing operation team.

Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked with Ritco Travels?

Each airline has different cancellation charges. The same information will be provided to you on
mail at the time of booking. Check the Fare Rules for the booking to get complete information
about the airline's cancellation policy. Over and above the airlines cancellation charges, Ritco
Travels charges Rs. 200 for Domestic Flight & Rs. 300 for International Flight as standard
cancellation charges for bookings cancelled through our Branch Office.

How do I cancel a flight reservation?

You can cancel flight bookings by calling our branch office or simply by droping a mail to our
Ticketing Operation team. Over and above the airlines cancellation charges, Ritco Travels charges
Rs. 200 for Domestic Flight & Rs. 300 for International Flight as standard cancellation charges for
bookings cancelled through our Branch Office.
No-Show: Ritco Travels will levy a fee of Rs 100 per person per sector as standard No-Show
charges.

How do I amend a flight reservation?

If you need to change your flight arrangements at any time, please email us or call us. Based on
the nature of your request, we let you know about the procedures for the required changes.

What is the maximum number of seats I can book?

You may book as many seat as you require. If you have more than 9 passengers,then you may
request for Group Fare.

What is an e-ticket?

An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation
number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the
unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.

How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking
process.If at anytime, you need to reprint your e-ticket, just need to put up request to our ticketing
operation team with your PNR Details.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?

You will need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number at the check-in
counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter.

Is it necessary to show my e-ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the
airline?

It is mandatory to show your e-ticket confirmation email or PNR along with your proof of identity
(passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline.

Why did the fare change at purchase time?

Ritco Travels uses a real-time reservation database, the same used by travel agents worldwide that
lists actual ticket prices and availability. As airlines fill flights or change fares, the database
immediately reflects those changes. Always be sure to double-check prices when reserving or
purchasing tickets, as the fare may have changed since you first requested for fares or created your
itinerary.

I saw a lower airfare advertised today. Why can't I get that airfare using Ritco Travels?

This may occur due to several reasons. Airlines generally restrict the number of seats that may be
sold at a discounted fare. Those seats may have already been sold out by the time you accessed the
system. Also, most discounted fares carry certain travel restrictions such as minimum/maximum
stay requirements, advance purchase, blackout dates, etc. Ritco Travel stakes these restrictions
into account when pricing your itinerary. The advertisement should outline these restrictions.
Airlines also keep changing the prices and we have no control on airline pricing as well.
I need time to think about my reservation before I purchase a ticket. Can I place a
reservation on hold

Yes, In Case of International Airlines, you can do reservation on Time Limit, Upon receiving the
time limit, you have to give confirmation prior to time limit. Failing which booking will get
cancelled automatically. In case of Domestic Airlines, Booking cannot be kept on HOLD & tickets
has to be issued immediately.

What are the different mode of payments you accept?

We accept all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, most major debit cards issued
in India, as well as cheques payments from most major Indian banks for online bookings. For
hotel and holiday bookings, we also accept cash, cheques, drafts and wire transfers. You can get in
touch with our accounts person for more details on the same.

How do I get back my refund amount?

Once you cancel the booking, our team will check on same with the Airline and if any refund
needs to be processed the same would be credited back to the same account through Cheque.

How much time will it take to get the refund?

Refund usually gets credited anytime between 6-7 working days for normal cancellation. If it has
been more than 6-7 working days, please cross check with the bank. You can also call ticketing
operation team to check on your refund status. For partial cancellation we cannot define the time
frame as it depends from case to case and Airline to Airline.

The flight I booked was cancelled by the airline. How do I get my money back?

If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. We request
you to cancel your booking first. Once you have done this, please send an email to our ticketing
operations Team and if you mention that your flight was cancelled, we will make sure you get a
full refund, after verifying the same with the airline.

How much baggage can I carry on the flight?

Baggage Allowance on International Flights vary with the airline, sector/destination, frequent flyer

Generally travellers travel for Business or holidays. When on tour you do not want anything to ruin
your holiday or business trip, but there are certain possibilities of unexpected occurrence like
medical emergence, baggage loss, accident or passport loss can leave you stranded in unknown
foreign land. Having Travel Insurance protects you from all such perils.

What does a standard travel policy cover?

What is the cost of travel insurance? How is the premium determined?

How is the premium charged?

The premium is generally charged on a slab basis. There are pre-defined slabs from which you need
to select which one you fall into.

What is a TPA?

TPA stands for Third Party Administrator. The most essential service they provide is cashless
medical services. They also provide the necessary information to deal with any problem regarding
claims.

In case medical treatment is required, is there any need for any pre-approval before
hospitalization?

You would need to contact our third party administrator and they would arrange for the cashless
claims for the medical treatment.

In case I want to cancel my policy, will I get refund?

It depends on which policy you have taken and when are you cancelling it. For more information

reservation was made, you can do so by checking with hotel directly.

To amend a hotel reservation, please contact our Hotel Reservation Team.

Will I be charged if I wish to cancel my hotel booking?

Ritco Travels does not charge any fee for hotel cancellation. However, the hotel concerned might
charge a fee for cancellation. You can either check on your hotel voucher or call our Hotel
Reservation Team.
